EneServ Consultants was founded in 2008.
We have a top down approach with collecting and providing analysis based on accurate and timely
information we gather from your utility Bills, audits and continuous optimization monitoring.
We specialize in a complete analysis and a practical down to earth approach to energy efficiency
via either an audit or COM(Continuous Optimization Monitoring) and retrofits. We are not affiliated
with any company or manufacturer nor do we manufacture any products ourselves. We represent you our
client and find "best of breed" solutions to your problems. We serve our clients on both the demand
side(reduction of energy consumption through energy efficiency) and supply side
(all types of sustainable energy systems including: solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, CHP, etc).
We do this via a consortium of independent experts that are completely equipment agnostic.
Another avenue for helping our clients with their utility bill is via negotiating their utility rates via long term/short term contract in de-regulated states. We accomplish this through a reverse bidding process based on volume purchasing. The process involves several vendors bidding for your business. You can do this yourself through our web site or we can do it for you.
We also look at business processes from the lens of energy efficiency and improve demand management & load management. For instance, a 25% load factor in the summer would yield an average cost per kWh of 13.2 cents, while an 80% load factor would yield an average cost per kWh of 7.9 cents. Remember, this is comparing two months in which the customer used the same amount of electricity (kWh) with different peak demands.
